At the Orange County Jail in Central Florida we are in spiritual warfare every day over the souls of men and women whom the devil has taken captive. More than ever before, we chaplains and volunteer ministers are soldiers on the frontline. Nevertheless, we rejoice in the great harvest the Lord grants us each and every month, as men and women leave the bondage of sin and are born again into the family of God. More than ever, this ministry is a vital part of God's end-time work in this city. |
Our Mission: To save souls and to disciple those who have received salvation or rededicated their lives to Christ. During the past year, OCJM has been blessed to witness more than 4,500 individuals giving their lives to Jesus Christ. Many have gone on to lead productive, godly lives, serving Christ in their homes and communities. About 55-thousand people pass through central booking at the Orange County Jail during the course of a year. Many of these individuals are at the very lowest point of their entire lives. Perhaps for the first time they're able to realize their sin and their need. As a ministry, we are uniquely poised to reach them with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Are we sucessful? The numbers below show that we have enjoyed great and consistent results.
